DIA Condition - Benefit Enrollment Status Invalid Employee Number

Description of Issue
  • We ran the Data Integrity Assistant since we are upgrading soon and found the error in Benefit Enrollment Status - Invalid Employee Number. How do I fix this error?

Cause
  • This is due to an orphaned Benefit Enrollment record that exists in the database, that belongs to a Employee Number that was deleted
Resolution
  1. To resolve, we suggest to run the Auto-Correct option in the Data Integrity Assistant program.
    • Auto-Correct will delete the orphaned records from the database where an employee number is saved, but there is no corresponding benefit enrolloment record.
