Access to Account X-Reference program

What is needed to give access to Account X-Reference (Cross Reference) program?

Access to program needed for user(s)

Access to Account X-Reference program only requires menu access to the program. There is no way to restrict data access within that specific program. To give access:

System Administration > Security > User Attributes

1. Search for the User Id
2. Select a role that grants Menu Access
3. Edit Role
4. Menu Security tab
5. Edit
6. Check the box for Account X-Reference (Financials > General Ledger Menu > Miscellaneous Setup > Account X-Reference)
7. Accept
