Is there a way to archive TCM image for Purchase Order form without physically printing form

Client wants to archive Purchase Order form to TCM without physically printing.

Purchase Order forms are physically printing in addition to archiving, want to disable the physical printing.

Physical printing for Purchase Order forms can be disabled individually for each vendor by accessing the Vendors program, searching on the appropriate vendor, navigating to the General tab and unchecking the Print flag.
