Project string does not show when clicking Expense or Funding Source in Project Master - Project string was not created

• User pulls up project in Project Master and clicks Expense or Funding Source in ribbon

• The project is highlighted in the Project field but the Expense or Funding Source does not display

• User is expecting the project string to appear and observes notification at the bottom of screen

Notification: 

No data available. The "Search" option was not used or it returned no data.

To create a project string to be viewed after clicking Expense or Funding Source if needed:

• Add project segment(s)

• Enter Name and Short name marked with asterisk

• Define optional and desired fields and check boxes 

• Accept
