Export short detail report to Excel .xls file

Users are unable to export their short detail report to a Microsoft Excel .xls file format.

User is trying to export their short detail report to an excel spreadsheet .xls file

This is not currently an option. Development should be in the process of developing this option to export this report to excel. Enhancement in that area in development but unclear amount of attention it could be receiving. Encourage the client to engage with Tyler Community forum to garner additional community support which may expedite the enhancement.
