Unable to Output-Post Approved GEN Journal

• What permission is required to allow me to post the general journal?
• Relevant permissions are already granted
• Journal is in Approved status

• General Journal Entry/Proof
• Accounting Entries

The 'More...' or 'Menu' button was not clicked to reveal Output-Post option

To post an approved GEN journal:

Option 1

Financials > General Ledger Menu > Journal Entry/History > General Journal Entry/Proof

1. Click Search or Browse to look up journal

2. More or Menu in the ribbon (depending on version)

3. Output-Post

4. Choose an option

5. Accept

6. Select type and click OK

7. Yes

Option 2

Financials > General Ledger Menu > Journal Entry/History > Accounting Entries

1. Click journal number or search journal

2. Post Journal

3. Yes
