SOY Transfer journals are not generating when a balance sheet account is set up with a closing balance of SOY Transfer

The SOY Transfer journal is not being generated to transfer the balance to the reference account defined for the account in Account Master

• Work ticket MUN-300160 is open with development to address the issue.
  • As a work around a manual journal entry can be made through the General Journal Entry/Proof program to Current Year period 0 in order to reflect the expected SOY balance
    • The entry would be to zero out the start of year balance on the account that was created with a "Closing Balance" of "SOY Transfer"
    • The offset would be the "Reference Account" defined on the account set to "SOY Transfer"

The issues varies slightly depending on your Munis Version:

In Version 11.3 – the SOY transfer journal is generated but the original SOY balance does not carry forward – leaving a balance on the account that is set for SOY Transfer

In Version 2019.1 – The prior year balance carries forward however the SOY Transfer journal is not generated at all leaving the SOY balance on the account set up for SOY Transfer
