Description of Issue

Employees are missing and not generating into the report

Cause

Employees did not have a NC Employee Retirement Maintenance record.

Resolution

Add a NC Employee Retirement Maintenance record.

  1. From the Tyler Menu, select NC Employee Retirement Maintenance Record. 
  2. Select Add in the top ribbon.
  3. Enter the employee details.
  4. Select Accept. 
  5. Return to the Tyler Menu
  6. Select NC ORBIT Retirement Report to Generate and move forward.
