Description of Issue
After upgrading to a newer version of Munis, a user cannot update the Add'l Desc/Notes area on a PO that has a pending change order. The bottom of the screen states, You are not authorized to update this PO.

Cause
This is a Munis Defect
Resolution
- Please download MUN-327834 from the MIU when available
- Post the change order, and then make the change to the notes area
