OH State AFR Cash report missing fund

The OH State AFR Cash report is not reporting a record for fund code 467.

Fund did not have a Fund Class value mapped in the Segment Translations program

1. Navigate the Financials > General Ledger Menu > Inquiries and Reports > State Specific Reports > Ohio Reports > Segment Translations
2. Select Define from the Menu Ribbon
3. Select Fund from the drop down menu
4. Select Accept from the Menu Ribbon
5. Select Update from the Menu Ribbon and enter the Fund Class value in the Fund Class column
6. Click Accept from the Menu Ribbon to save your changes

Once the Fund Class codes have been defined in the Segment Translations, you are now ready to extract your OH AFR Report Export record.

1. Navigate the Financials > General Ledger Menu > Inquiries and Reports > State Specific Reports > Ohio Reports > OH AFR Report Export
2. Select Define on the Menu Ribbon
3. Enter the report parameters and click Accept
4. Click Extract from the Menu Ribbon to create new OH AFR Report records
5. Select Replace to replace and generate new records

After the extract completes select View Records and review the extracted period records for the missing fund information.
