Missing employees from IL Employment Security Report

Cause

Client had the Exclude Employees from Other States box checked off, which excluded any employees that did not have a State Income Tax (SIT) deduction for IL. 

Resolution
  1. Navigate to Human Resources/Payroll > Payroll > State Specific > Midwest > Illinois > IL Employment Security Report
  2.  Select Define from the Menu Ribbon
  3. Uncheck the Exclude Employees from Other States option
  4. When all the fields have be defined, click Accept on the Menu Ribbon
  5. Choose an output option PDF, text, Display to generate the proof report and submission file
