OH PERS - Employees missing from Generate

Description of Issue
  • Group of employees not generating into OH PERS report

Cause

The multi-level generate functionality was used in the Payroll, but Multi Level Generates option was not selected when report was Generated

Resolution

Select Multi Level Generates option on the OH PERS Retirement Report Generate screen.

  1. Navigate to Human Capital Management > Payroll > State Specific > Midwest > Ohio > OH PERS Retirement Report
  2. Select Generate from the Menu Ribbon
  3. Click Define
  4. Make sure the Multi Level Generates box is check marked
  5. Once the report parameters have been finalized, click Accept
  6. Select Execute on the Menu Ribbon to generate the OH PERS period records

Once the generate is complete the employees processed in the Multi-Level generate payroll should be present in the period records.
