OH eSERS not reporting service days or hours

Description of Issue

The OH eSERS report is not generating service days or hours for a large group of employees.

Context
  • Payroll
  • Ohio
  • OH eSERS Report
Cause

The detail days on the active calendar on the Employee Job Salary record that fall within the pay period dates are defined as "N - Non Working Days".

Resolution

The OH eSERS Report takes the pay period start and end dates for the reporting period and compares them to the Detail for the Calendar that is attached to the Employee Job Salary record for the pay type being processed through payroll. The report sums the number of days that are not defined as "N - Non Working Days" and reports them as Service Days. The Service Days are then multiplied by the Hours/Day field on the Employee Job Salary record and reported as Hours Worked.

NOTE: This solution involves updating active Calendars which may affect payroll. Any changes should be made in either Train or Test.

  3. Repeat Step 2 for all other days that need to be updated

Once you have updated these days you are ready to regenerate the OH eSERS Report.
