Post multiple budget amendments/transfers (BUA) at the same time

Description of Issue

Need to post a group of budget amendments/transfers (BUA journals) at the same time, does not want to post them individually

Context

Budget Transfers and Amendments

Cause

User does not want to post the journals individually due to the number of entries

Resolution

To post multiple BUAs go to:

Financials > Budget Processing > Budget Transfers and Amendments 

  1. Search or Browse for any entry
  2. Accept to view the lines
  3. If Approved, select Output/Post in the ribbon
  4. There are 4 posting options
    1. The current journal only
    2. All of your own journals
    3. All journals
    4. All journals for clerk (User Id)
  • Options B through D will allow you to post multiple entries based on who entered the amendment and if the amendment is in Approved status.
