The Governmental Statement Report is missing the General Fund and it should display Major Funds

Cause

General Fund may not be flagged as Report as Major Fund in Fund Maintenance

Resolution

Starting from ACFR main screen with menu options displaying

  1. Browse to Maintenance > Fund Maintenance
  2. General Fund
  3. Ensure Report as major fund is selected
  4. Save
  5. Run the Governmental Statement Report and confirm General Fund data pulls in
  6. Contact Munis Financial General Ledger Support if issue remains
