Locked Utility Billing Run

Opening the Generate Accounts Receivable program within the Utility Billing Run displays the following error:

Generate AR or reverse AR in progress
Only one run/commitment can be processes at a time.

• Munis
• Utility Billing
• Generate Accounts Receivable
• Bill Run

The Generate Accounts Receivable program is open in multiple tabs, or the program was unexpectedly closed. 

Verify that nobody else is currently running the Generate AR step within the current bill run, or another bill run. If nobody is in the program contact Munis support.
