Access to only certain fields in Employee Master



Description of Issue

Is there a way to allow employees to update only certain fields in the Employee Master

Resolution
  1. Click Payroll > Payroll Administration > Payroll Field Level Security
  2. Click Add from the menu at the top
  3. Type in the user name of the user you want to add
  4. TAB down 
    1. Choose which fields the user can have access to

Allow Delete Checkbox: This check box, if selected, allows you to delete records from the specified program; if this check box is not selected, you cannot delete records from the specified program.Â
