Employee Accrual earnings are not rounding to the correct decimal place

Employees are not earning their accruals to the correct decimal place. Example, they are earning 13.3 instead of 13.3333.

The Accrual Table was define with a Round Earnings option of To Tenths instead of To Ten Thousandths 

1. Go to Accrual Tables (Payroll>Accrual Processing>Accrual Tables)
2. Search for the Accrual Table and Table. Click Accept. 
3. Click Update. Click the Options Tab. Click the Round Earnings option of To Ten Thousandths. Click Accept

Note - This change will only correct the earnings amounts going forward. A manual earned history record or import will need to be added to the employee's history to correct balances.
