Workflow Business Process Codes Missing

Cannot locate Accounts Receivable Process Codes

Business Rule Process Codes seem to be limited

In certain scenarios where users may have Workflow Process Access set to full and not be able to see or find Workflow Process Codes when either searching in Workflow Business Rules or attempting to add a new Business Rule. The Munis Menu has numerous Workflow Business Rules programs, especially when a search is done at the top of the menu. Although the same program name exists, there are differences to some of these where one or more of them will not have all of the program modules eligible for Business Rules. 

Is the Users Workflow Process Status set to Full and still have limited Process Codes to choose from?

• Depending on where the Workflow Business Rule program is in the Munis Menu Tree, it can be limited. For the full Workflow Business Rules module list, Navigate to System Administration>Workflow Administration>Workflow Business Rules. 

Users having limited Workflow permissions and/or Workflow Data Access?

• Confirm the Data Access in the Users Roles for Workflow Process Access for the Users in question. Will need to be set to at least a Limited set of Processes for the Users to be able to see and select Process Codes.
