Option was or was not selected in General Ledger Settings originally.

Please contact General Ledger Support and reference this article.

Additional Information
  • Activates Enterprise ERP Project Accounting for your organization.
    • There is no direct access to this check box and a Enterprise ERP representative must make any changes.
    • If this option is not selected, the system prevents entry of a project code for an account and omits the code from reports and inquiry screens.
  • Sites that have purchased Project Ledger and have Strings Segments for Expense/Funding Source Strings can use them on GL transaction detail allocation just cannot use Project Code tied to GL account to represent that is what GL account is for.
