Does Munis have an option for Importing Invoices modifications?

• Modify Invoice (APM)

Multiple incorrect posted AP Invoices need to be updated and site is looking for alternative method than individual Modify Invoice updates

Munis Accounts Payable does not have an option to import Modify Invoice Changes.

• Update Posted Invoice Allocated GL PL or Amount Detail Lines in Modify Invoice
• Import is only allowed for proof Invoices.
• AP Locks are applied while users are updating posted AP information to protect the information.
• If something were to go wrong, the range and scope of impact could be large. Please use Modify Invoice for individual updates for AP Invoices.

  • Billable option Product Request is available for Quote (RFC) if site is willing to pay for the development of such a function, maybe they can design a safe way to perform the operation.
