Report for Employee Schedule Set

Description of Issue

Is there a report in ET that can provide the schedule assigned to each of our employees without their timecard details?

Cause

System is functioning as designed as desired report does not exist so workaround is required.

Resolution

To produce a report with only schedule set details:

  1. Select Reporting
  2. Select Employee Master Report
  3. Fill in the Pay Period, Organization Unit Type, Organizational Unit and Employee Type parameters as desired
  4. Select Include properties from the Pay Properties Tab
  5. Select Ok
  6. Once the report has finished running, select the Export Data icon in the left hand corner of the report (3rd icon) 
  7. Use the drop down for Available Results Set to select Employee Master
  8. While holding CTRL, click the following column headers under Available Columns:
    1. employeefirstname
    2. employeemiddlename (optional)
    3. employeelastname
    4. scheduleset
  9. Select the single right arrow to add the column names to the Select Columns field
  10. Select Ok
  11. The generated excel sheet will provide you with the names of the employees and their assigned schedule set
