Cause
- User is not assigned to a role in Munis linked to a CM permissions group
- Permissions in Munis have not calculated into CM
- TCM URL is down
- TCM mappings
- Apache Tomcat service is not running
Resolution
Since this error can be encountered for multiple causes, the following are separate possible solutions.
- Review user's assigned Munis Systems Role permissions for Data Access for TylerCM group access
- Add Role to Munis User
- Update Existing Assigned User Role
- FULL Read & Write Access should not have any issues.
- If it is not user permission it could be setup and configurations
- Verify mappings are active:Â How to deactivate and reactivate a TCM mapping within Munis
- Reset the tcmadmin password > rebuild cache > clear browser cache for all time > close the browser > test. How to Reset Master Password and Rebuild TCM Caches
- Advise the client to have all users clear browser cache for all time.
- Restart apache tomcat services: Restarting Apache Tomcat Services
If errors persist past this, log an Online Support Client Portal and include example of attempted use and error messages.
Additional Information
Munis Systems role permissions data access options point to TCM Server access definitions, both sides have to be set correctly.
