Employee Certifications - Need to change "Type" on records

Description of Issue
  • We would like to update the Type field on Employee Certifications but we are unable to do so, how can we update the Type field?
Context
  • Munis
  • Human Capital Management (HCM)
  • Employee Certifications
  • Import/Export
Cause
  • The Type value needs to be changed for Employee Certifications
Resolution
  • The Type field is a key field and cannot be updated once assigned to an Employee Certification record
  • We suggest to add new records if the Type code needs to change
  • You can use the Import to mass add Employee Certification record
