Description of Issue
- We have a user that has inquiry only access to Employee Master but was able to use the "M" key to trigger the mass deactivate on Employee Master records
Context

Cause
- The hotkey "M" for Mass Deactivate currently is not setup to be restricted to any specific security or permission
Resolution
- The hotkey "M" will be removed from Munis and will no longer be able to trigger the Mass Deactivate
