- In Employee Job/Salary, the exiting employee's base pay can be updated from 'A - Active' to 'M - Moving Out' in the Pay Status field
Additional Information
- The 'M - Moving Out' Pay Status is designed for the scenario where an employee is leaving work in a few pay cycles, however their replacement has already been hired
- This status will allow you to put two employees in a position only budgeted for one employee
- The Pay Status should be adjusted from 'M - Moving Out' to 'I - Inactive' once the employee receives their last pay check
