Blank space in report amount and total fields

• I ran the Consolidated MTD Project Budget Report and there are blank spaces in some of the amount fields. These should at least show 0.00.
• Blank spaces in YTD Budget Report

• General ledger
• Reporting
• MTD Project Budget Report
• YTD Budget Report
• any MUNIS canned report

• Possible data condition.
• Possible report issue.
