Role permissions to grant access to Employee Pending Time Entry

Description of Issue

Approver Unable to Access Employee Pending Time Entry Screen

Context

Cause

The users need menu access to ‘Time Entry' program and did not have this.

Resolution
  1. Navigate to Roles (System Administration > Security > Roles)
  2. Open the Roles screen and search for the user's Role > click Menu Security tab > click Edit
  3. Check the Role Access box for the following menus: 
    1. Human Capital Management - hrmain
    2. Payroll - prmenu
    3. Payroll Processing - prpyroll
    4. Time Entry Processing - prtime
    5. Time Entry - prtimatt
