Error Opening POE Approval from HUB Card - Access denied due to program security established by the System Administrator

Purchase Order Approval gives access denied error when clicking on the hyperlink from POE approval

Access denied due to program security established by the System Administrator

• Munis 
• Purchase Order Entry 

User does not have menu access to Purchase Order Entry 

System Administration > Security> User Attributes 

1. Search for the User Id
2. Select the role which grants permission to menu access to the user 
3. Click the Edit Role option at the bottom of the screen 
4. Select the Menu Security 
5. Click on the menu path to get to Financials> Purchasing>Purchase Order Processing> Purchase Order Entry  
6. Click Edit and select Purchase Order Entry
