What needs to be done in Payroll to email payroll advices?

Cause


Resolution

Employee email addresses and Advice Delivery needs to entered in Employee Master.

  1. Open Employee Master (Payroll>Employee Maintenance>Employee Master)
  2. Search for an employee. Click Update. Select Address tab. Enter Email
  3. Select Payroll tab. Define an email Advice Delivery option. Click Accept
Additional Information
  • Employee Master may be updated globally though Employee Import.  Document for v11.3 Employee Import and for v2018+ Utilizing Flexible Imports and Exports
  • Must run Print Payroll Advices step in Payroll Processing (Payroll>Payroll Processing>Payroll Start and Status)
  • Site must own Tyler Forms to email advices. Site needs to contact Tyler Forms support to configure the email settings in Munis and on the Tyler Forms server, and to configure a printer in Munis
