Error releasing Purchase Order batch

PO(s) in the batch are not properly encumbered. The batch will not be released.

• Munis 
• Purchase Order Entry 

PO is missing a GL account 

1.  Find the Purchase Order in a Created Status within the Batch
2. Select Line Items
3. Select Add
4. Enter all required fields
5. Select Accept
6. Select Release
