UB bills created in different fiscal year than journal entries created during Generate AR step of bill run

Bills were created with fiscal year 2020 but GL entries made during Generate AR step of bill run are fiscal year 2021

Bill Run was created before the fiscal year had changed and the Generate AR step was completed/posted after the fiscal year was updated to the current year. This caused bills to be created in AR with the year 2020 but the journal entries entered to fiscal year 2021
In order to update the bills to have the correct year the Generate AR step of the bill run must be reversed. Before this can be done any payments/adjustments made towards these bills must be reversed. UB Support can assist in running a script to find anything that needs to be reversed. The Apply Credits/Deposits step of the bill run must be reversed as well. Once those two steps have been completed the user can reverse the Generate AR step of the bill run and then update the Fiscal/Charge Code years in the bill run. The Calculate Charges and Charges Proof step of the bill run will need to be processed again before Generate AR can be run.
