ExecuTime - User Unable To View Employees in Manage Time Off and Time Off Approvals

Description of Issue

I have a user who cannot see Employee's under Manage Time Off and Time Off Approvals. His Role grants him access to see certain Employees, and these Employee's have requests that the user should be able to see in ExecuTime.

Cause

User does not have a Workflow Approver record created. 

Resolution
  1. Go into ExecuTime > System Admin > Workflow Management
  2. Click the Add icon (+ symbol) to add a new workflow approver record. 
  3. Define applicable step, name, etc.Â
