Description of Issue
The recurrence fields in Scheduler are not available when attempting to schedule the Fuel Usage Import

Resolution
- There is currently no functionality to schedule the Fuel Usage Import to reoccur in Scheduler SettingsÂ
- This functionality will be added as an enhancement to a future version under MUN-308099
Workaround: Manually schedule with the scheduler each time, execute in the background or execute now
