Change motor vehicle billing year

• Wrong Motor Vehicle year shows up when doing a new Commitment. 
• Cannot change the year in a Motor Vehicle program. 
• Unable to generate AR for the correct Motor Vehicle year.

• MA Motor Vehicle (MV) Excise Tax 
• Motor Vehicle Settings (mvparmnt)

The Excise tax year in the Motor Vehicle Settings program needs to be updated to the year of the Commitment being processed. 

1. Navigate to the Motor Vehicle Settings program either by searching or via the following path: Property Revenue > Property Tax Billing > Region > State > Motor Vehicle Excise > Setup > Motor Vehicle Settings
2. Click Update. 
3. Enter the desired Excise tax year for the commitment. 
4. Click Accept.
