Incorrect rates for calc code 23 premium table deductions in Employee Deductions
Description of Issue
Employee Deduction is not pulling the correct rates from the Premium Table.

Cause
 Site has two deduction codes assigned to the same Premium Table, and a calc code 23 deduction in Employee Deductions is designed to grab the rates from the most recent premium table. Â
Resolution
The cleanest way to correct this situation would be to create a new Level Code, add a new premium table, and assign it to one of the deduction codes.  Then update the Level code in Employee Deductions so that it pulls the correct premium table. Â

- To add a new Premium Table, access Deduction and Benefit Master > click Premium Table > click Add > TAB and enter the information > click Accept
- To update the Level code, access Employee Deductions > Search for the records that need to be updated > click Update > click Health Insurance tab > update the Level > click Accept

Going forward, be sure to use a 1:1 relationship between the deduction codes and premium tables
