Rollback DocOrigin form changes

Changes to the form has been made on a DocOrigin client and it needs to be reverted.

Issues with current changes.

1. Open client's form folder in Source Control 

2. Right-click and select Get Latest Version

3. Right-click on the file that needs to be reverted

4. Click on Rollback

5. Choose the type of rollback operation.

Example:

1. 1. check option Rollback changes from a single changeset

   2. Click on the button right next to the Changeset field

   3. Click on Find

   4. Under the Results, click on the one that you need to revert to

   5. Click OK

   6. Click Rollback

   7. Release the same TF update that was originally released for this change
