Maryland State Data Import Bay Fee assigned when Bay Code is 2 and Units set to 1

Property in State Data Import file assigned to a Bay Code 2 and Bay Unit of 0, but after importing, the Dwelling Units changes to 1, resulting in the parcel to receive a Bay Fee.

Development is currently researching the issue. 

The program is specifically designed to set the Bay Unit to 1 if the Bay Code is 2. If this is not desired, you may manually update the Bay Unit within the Imported Parcels program after the Import and prior to the Tax Calculation. Contact Enterprise ERP Tax Support for further assistance.
