Description of Issue
Does a citizen get an email confirmation when they sign up for autopay?

Cause
Resolution
An email is automatically sent to the citizen upon signing up for auto pay. Included in the email is the last four digits of the credit card, the account number, and the account description. There is also a button/link in the email for cancelling automatic payments.
