Description of Issue

PDF output option is missing in Invoice Entry.

Cause

User does not have Output to PDF permission.

Resolution

Update a role assigned to the user to have the Output to PDF permission. This permission is located in the Munis System folder in the Roles program (System Administration > Security > Roles).
