Budget Transfers and Amendments- Additional Description not saving

• User enters 2 journal lines and the system starts a third line; without completing the third line, the user clicks on Add'l Description and adds a note and clicks Save.

• User clicks Back, then Line and Add'l Description and the note no longer shows.

• User clicks Back, Lines, Update, Add'l Description, adds note and saves, and it shows when going back.

Budget Transfers and Amendments

Additional description note was being saved while a temporary line (3) that was not completed was highlighted.

• Add'l Description saves under the line that was highlighted when the additional description was added, and it does not default to line 1.

• If the description will be viewed with line 1 selected, line 1 also needs to be selected before selecting Add'l Description to enter the note.

• The system starts a temporary, incomplete line after entering journal lines and that temporary line is automatically selected as the line to apply the description to- unless you select another line before entering the description it will not save.
