Include Terminated employees in an Accumulators report

Reporting Employee Accumulators for terminated employees

Context

Cause

User does not have Terminated Employees box checked in Report Options

Resolution
  1. Access Accumulators Report: Payroll > Employee History > Accumulators Report

  2. Click Report Options > click Define > check the Terminated Employees box > close Report Options

  3. Click Search and enter your desired search criteria

  4. Click Accept

Additional Information

Can also run a history report for a terminated employee in Human Resources > Separations and Terminations > Terminated Employee Detail History

  1. Click Search  > enter the employee number > click Accept

  2. Click Detail > click Deduction and Pay History
