Description of Issue

NY School Relevy Report is not selecting Bills.

NY School Relevy Report not selecting prior year Bills. 

Context

Cause

Resolution

This has been resolved in 2021.12 and above. Install the latest Tyler Deploy release for your current Enterprise ERP version.

Verify that the following prerequires if still unable to select bills after installing the latest updates:

  • Bill Year on the Report's define screen must match the Year of bills expected to select.

  • Bill must be Category 20.

  • Bill's Installment 1 Due Date must be September 1st.

  • The Special Condition code on the Report's define screen must be assign to the bill and attached to that bill by Bill Category, Bill year, and Bill number.

  • Bill Type on the Report's define screen must match the Bill Type for that bill.

  • Bill must have an unpaid balance greater than zero.
