Update Security Permission Role for Access to Clock In and Out Menu

A supervisor is missing menu access to Clock In and Out, how can this be updated?

• Executime

• Time & Attendance

• Clock In and Out Screen

The Clock In and Out menu was not checked on their Security & Permission Role.

To add the Clock In and Out menu item on the user's Role:

1. Sign in as System Admin

2. Select System Admin

3. Select Security & Permissions

4. Select the Pencil for the role in question

5. Under Menu Access, check the box for Clock in and out (Menu)

6. Select Save on the Menu Access, Employee (Data) Access, Other and Notifications tab
