Add New Time Entry and Add New Clock In Out Buttons for Supervisor missing on some Employees

Description of Issue

Supervisor is unable to add time for employees newly added to their Workflow access due to Add New Time Entry And Add New Clock In Out Buttons missing.

Cause

The supervisors permission role does not have employee access.

Resolution

Update supervisors permission role for employee access:  

  1. Navigate to System Admin 

  2. Select Security & Permissions

  3. Scroll to the supervisors Permission Role

  4. Select the Pencil to edit Permission Role 

  5. Select Employee Access → Select the box beside all employees this role should be able to see 

  6. Select Save

  7. Select OtherSave

  8. Select NotificationsSave
