How Do I Know The Latest Release Available In Tyler Deploy

Need to determine the latest release for a product but not sure how to locate this in Tyler Deploy.

In order to see the latest release available in Tyler Deploy:

1. Once logged into Tyler Deploy

2. Select the Change client (top right hand corner)

3. Enter client name or account number → This will auto load the name of the client and allow you to select the client name.

4. Under Deployment → Select Overview

5. Select the toggle for

   Evaluate Releases. (This will show release in green if it is the latest) → (if you did not have this setup, you have to refresh your page)

6. Locate the product you wish to review and select the version number. (You can hover over the version number and it will tell you " X update available!") → X is the Product name.

7. Under Product Release → Select the drop-down for Channel → Make sure this is the most recent version available → Select the version number

8. Select the drop-down for Release → This will load all the versions available with the latest at the top of the list. (if you do not want to start the upgrade process you can navigate away from this panel). 

Another way to locate the latest version is through the Release Notes area if the product is listed:

1. Once logged into Tyler Deploy

2. Select the Change client (top right hand corner)

3. Enter client name or account number → This will auto load the name of the client and allow you to select the client name.

4. Select Release Notes

5. Select the drop-down for Product 

6. Select the drop-down for Release → the first one in the list will be the latest release.
