How to Download Invoice Locally Using ReadyForms

Need to download or save a local copy of the Invoice without sending anything to Printer.

Site has gone paperless and doesn't print, but needs to provide a copy of the Invoice digitally.

A new ReadyForms Delivery Definition can be created to accomplish this, or an existing one can be modified.

1. Navigate to General Revenues > General Billing > Invoice Processing > Print Invoices.

2. Click ReadyForms Delivery Definitions on the toolbar.

3. Click Add on the toolbar to create a new Delivery Definition.

4. Choose an Invoice template from the Document Model dropdown, and give this Delivery Definition a name.

5. Click Accept.

6. Click Add under the Steps section. 

7. Give this Step a name, indicating what the Step will be set up to accomplish (e.g., Download).

8. In the Actions section, check the box for Download.

9. Click Accept on the toolbar to save changes.

10. When in Print Invoices, select this Delivery Definition from the ReadyForms dropdown list, and it will download a local copy of the Invoice.
