Rhode Island Generate Tax Bills not selecting Bills

Generate Tax Bills program is not selecting any records.

• No data available. The Search option was not used or it returned no data.

• Error inserting into tmpacct.

• Error occurred in cacheSelectedREBills.

• Error occurred in insertREBillSetIntoTempTable.

• String or binary data would be truncated in table.

• Error occurred in insertAccountsIntoTempTableUsingRETempTable.

Multiple Bills with the same Customer number assigned causes the program to not select any bills.

This has for the majority been resolved in 2021.11 and above. Install the latest Tyler Deploy release for your current Enterprise ERP version.

Development is however currently researching an issue with no records can select if any Customers have a Name larger than 40 characters. The current workaround is to reduce all Customer names to 40 characters or less. Contact Enterprise ERP Tax Support for further assistance.
