Single User Cube Connection Card Hyperlinks Showing Error - Authorization Has Been Denied For This Request

The Cubes card on my Hub page does not load correctly. It displays the description and odc file separately. When I click on either, I receive the error: {"error":{"code":"","message":"Authorization has been denied for this request."}}

Lack of permissions

1. Update affected user cubes permissions using these steps How to grant permissions for user to access Cubes
2. Add a new cube connection card to the user hub page using these steps Add Cube Connections Card to Tyler Hub
   1. Open Hub Environment.
   2. Click on the Edit Content button on the left task bar of Tyler Hub.
   3. Click Browse Content or Add Card.
   4. Search for Cube Connections.
      1. If you selected Add Card, select Add Card From Library then search for Cube Connections.
   5. Check the Cube Connections box and click Add Cards.
   6. Before saving the changes, remove the previously added cube connection card.
   7. Click Save on the top right.
3. Test
