Tyler menu not showing for New Hire
New Hire has been assigned the same permissions as the person they are replacing, but they cannot see their Tyler Menu in Enterprise ERP.

User Attributes
The User account status on the User Attributes record for the New Hire is set to Disabled.
Enable User Attribute record for New Hire -
Log into EERP with an admin account
Navigate to User Attributes
EERP > System Administration > Security > User Attributes
Search on the user's account (e.g. by User ID, Name, Munis employee no.)
Account for case sensitivity
Click Update
Set User account status to Enabled
Click Accept
The New Hire must be assigned a Role that grants Menu Security access. For more information, see below.
